Clear Echium Honey

Pure Arden Forest clear or runny Echium honey, produced by Browning Apiary, Hamilton Avenue, Studley, Warwickshire.

Echium honey is a single flower honey, and a Great Taste Award winner. It is very light with a golden hue.

The taste is very clean with a floral, almost lemon like afternote which led to this honey receiving a 'Guild of Fine Food' award from the judges.

This honey is slow to granulate and goes well with strong cheeses.

Echium is also known as Viper Bugloss, and has tall puprle nectar-rich flowers that are loved by pollinating insects

Available in large 12oz (340g) jars.
