Chilli and Lime Relish

Chilli and Lime Relish - Bitter, sweet and hot. This is a relish rather than a chutney, which means shorter cooking time, crunchier texture and freshness. It has quite a kick from the fresh chillies and all the tangy bitterness of the lime skins. Great with cold meats, curries or middle eastern food. Try a spoonful mixed with cous cous as a side dish.

Ingredients: Onion, Sugar, Green Pepper, Cider Vinegar, Limes, Fresh Green Chillies, Mustard Seeds, Turmeric.
