All of our sauces are supplied in 250ml bottles. They are all vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free. All made is small batches in our home kitchen by traditional open pan methods.
Mushroom Ketchup is a lovely slightly spicy condiment made from locally foraged wild mushrooms. Great with scrambled eggs, cheese on toast, hot dogs, or add a spoonful to a casserole or gravy.
Smoked Chipotle Tomato sauce is made from our homegrown tomatoes, which are oven roasted with herbs and garlic, then blended with various spices and our own homegrown and smoked Jalapeno chillies. Lovely with pasta, or a bacon sandwich.
Chinese Plum Sauce made from local plums, mixed with a blend of spices such as star anise, cinnamon and allspice. It is great as a stir fry sauce or equally as good to liven up a chicken wrap.
