Terms and conditions

Products: All our products are made in small batches, and due to the seasonality of many of our ingredients there may be times when we are unable to produce certain products until the main ingredients are back in season. Also at busy times of year we may be low on stock. We will do our very best to keep the website up-to-date with what's in stock, however if we are not able to supply something which has been ordered on-line we will let you know and always offer either an alternative or a refund.

Gift Orders: Please let us know if the order is for a gift, and we will make sure no reference to the purchase cost is included in the package. In addition we are happy to include a personal message on a small card if you require at no extra charge. We do however reserve the right to reject any message that we consider may offend the recipient for being defamatory, racist, offensive, obscene or in breach of any other legal rights.

Delivery: We use Royal Mail for deliveries of small parcels, and other courier companies for larger ones. 95% of orders are delivered within 3-5 working days of receipt of your order for standard delivery, subject to stock availability and external forces beyond our control.

We are happy to deliver free of charge within B97 and B98 areas of Redditch (subject to a minimum order value of £10). We can also deliver to other local areas, such as Bromsgrove, Evesham, Stratford etc either for a small charge, or free of charge if it's somewhere we are passing. Please message us if you would like a delivery.

We can also arrange for orders to be collected free of charge from Little Gerties, in the Kingfisher Centre, Redditch, from our business (Plymouth Road, Redditch) or from one of the events we are attending. Please see the events list to see if we are going to be near you, and message us with any questions.

Please note that deliveries will be made to the address as you have entered it and we will not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to inaccurate address details.

We can deliver to addresses within the UK only. We do not post overseas.

We endeavour to ensure that your order is well packaged, however in the unlikely event that your package is damaged, please contact us immediately quoting your order number by email to jacky@jackyspantry.co.uk or telephone 01527 401907.

Prices and Payment: Our prices are all in sterling and are exclusive of postage and packing unless stated otherwise. Every care has been taken to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, but if an error occurs we will supply your goods at the lower price. Payments can be made using Maestro, Switch, Delta, Solo, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing the order. Please email us on jacky@jackyspantry.co.uk as soon as possible, but certainly within 14 days.

If the item has already been dispatched, you must return it in it's original packaging and condition in order to receive a refund. Please note proof of postage cannot be taken as proof of receipt. There will be no refund of the original cost of postage, and your are responsible for the cost of returning it.

If the item has not yet been dispatched you will receive a full refund of the item and postage paid.

General Information: By placing an order with us you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. Please do not use or access this website If you do not agree with our terms and conditions.These terms do not affect your statutory rights.We reserve the right to amend or remove any section of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
